شارك برنامج لكل ربيع زهرة بجناح مميز في معرض قطر الزراعي الدولي 2025 (AgriteQ)، الذي أقيم من 4 إلى 8 فبراير 2025 في الحي الثقافي كتارا – الدوحة. استعرض الجناح أبرز أنشطة البرنامج الحالية والمشاريع المستقبلية، تعزيزًا للوعي البيئي والحفاظ على التنوع النباتي في قطر.

‎الزهرة التي تم الكشف عنها لهذا العام في برنامج لكل ربيع زهرة هي زهرة نبات الكحل (Arnebia hispidissima).

The Flower Each Spring program participated with a special pavilion at the Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition 2025 (AgriteQ), held from February 4 to 8, 2025, at Katara Cultural Village in Doha. The pavilion showcased the program’s key current activities and future initiatives, reinforcing environmental awareness and the preservation of Qatar’s plant diversity.

The flower unveiled for this year’s Flower of Each Spring program is Alkahel (Arnebia hispidissima).

في يوم الخميس، الموافق 6 فبراير 2025م، قام رئيس برنامج لكل ربيع زهرة، الدكتور سيف بن علي الحجري، بمرافقة سمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير البلاد المفدى، في زيارة معرض قطر الزراعي الدولي، والاطلاع على آخر ما توصلت إليه التقنيات الزراعية داخل دولة قطر وخارجها من إنجازات، وكيفية توظيفها في التنمية الزراعية داخل الدولة، وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي فيها.
On Thursday, February 6, 2025, the President of the “For Every Spring a Flower” program, Dr. Saif bin Ali Al-Hajri, accompanied His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar, on a visit to the Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition. During the visit, they explored the latest agricultural technologies developed both within Qatar and internationally, as well as their applications in agricultural development and achieving food security in the country.

EcoKids first field trip - Wasn't the best weather conditions we were expecting, but the kids made it all worth it. Even the bus drivers were moved by their spirits.

🤔 Who is Dr. Aspa D. Chatziefthimiou? Well...

Dr. Chatziefthimiou, is an Ecologist at Brain Chemistry Labs. A fervent steward of nature, she conducts research on desert ecology and environmental sustainability for a number of International Institutes. Dr. Aspa is a passionate educator and organizes a myriad of educational nature tours for the public and schools. Her book on Qatar's desert will be out in 2022.
